We were forced to do some major deleting of messages that were the most profane and disrespectful posts in BA history. Some of you who quoted him to respond...we had to delete your messages too, but not because you did anything wrong.
These posts weren't deleted because they were critical of Ohio football. The posts were profane and disrespectful in multiple ways. I'm not going to do any further defense of our actions.
No need to apologize for anything Jeff. As I wrote to Ted, the comments placed on this board were beyond belief and I'm glad you were able to take them down in a speedy manner. If that's what people do on other sports boards, I want no part of it. Discussing political beliefs in a civil manner is one thing, using profane language and racial slurs is another. Thanks for the deletions.
