Prediction Ohio 28 CMU 27...or this game could go to OT. CMU is very due for a good game.
This is what scares me the most.

CMU was reeling last year when we played them, then they did just about everything right when we came to town. Probably the most Jekyll & Hyde team in the conference. If it takes us a half to get our offense rolling, we could be in trouble. but if we run it with success early, we can change the script.

Edit: might as well throw a score out there since that's the point of this thread. It strikes me that CMU can't stop the run, so I think we put up a lot of points. Their one-dimensional offense will put up yards and points but our balance wins out in the end. 37-28 OHIO.

We really need to control the clock and prevent their QB from throwing in that area behind Poling. We do that, we win. [/QUOTE]We didn't. And we lost.

Wasn't too long ago a CMU team rolled into Peden Stadium ... they were NOT very good (2-4) ... Ohio was 4-1 .....

We all remembered what happened that October afternoon

Really bad loss for a veteran team that had super high expectations that year.
Deja Vu

Let's see if the Fightin' Franks have matured as a program and they find a way to win a game "they're supposed to win"
They haven't. Same garbage, different year.

The slow crawl to just above mediocrity & bowl eligibility continues
