Another way to put it, instead of looking like one of Solich's very best teams this is once again looking like another average Solich team that ends up a close loss in the bowl with enough explosiveness to make things interesting into the 4th.

AJ out for the bowl game, per Solich post-game comments.

That is a shame, best of luck in recovery for whatever the injury is. Hope it’s not his for again.

I hope the Bobcats get some of their guys healthy especially the RB's. Also hope for zero turnovers. As in the three losses in conference, Ohio lost all close games and turnovers was the difference. Nine turnovers to only one takeaway for the Defense in the three losses. That is a recipe for defeat every time.

I just hope we are done being the "get well" card for the season.

Hey Akron - want to go to the MAC Title Game? Here you go!

Hey Buffalo - feel like getting Bowl eligible on us? No problem!

Hey "directional Sun Belt Team nobody cares about that I have to convince my friends is a very good team from a historical conference and it will be a great win for our program" - need a Bowl win? Merry Christmas on us! Enjoy!

Some how I didn't realize Buffalo had such a talented receiver until yesterday. Once I looked into it, my stomach started to churn. Conklin for CMU, Smith for L-Akron and Davis for Buffalo all go off on us.

I guess it is basketball season.

"Hey UAB, want to cap off your first year back with a postseason victory?"

Have a bad feeling this may be what happens next month...

No question, without a doubt.
