Just welcomed baby Bobcat #2 this morning. Like any good Bobcat he didn't want to miss a party on New Year's Eve so he showed up a week earlier than expected!

We watch it every night. That’s awesome.

I had a cousin, Tim Morton, who was on it once years ago. He won the first round but then lost the second day. The day he won, it was one of those “back in” sort of wins where he won because his opponents bet too much and missed the Final Jeopardy question. Tim was second going into Final Jeopardy. All three contestants missed the question, but Tim was wise enough to know he didn’t know much about the category and he bet only a small amount.

My nephew won 2 games. My sister is the bright one and her son takes after her.

Been watching Jeopardy for years. Looks like they are on the radar now for not accepting "Gangster's Paradise" as an answer....choosing only to accept "Gangsta" as the correct answer. Have heard a multitude of DJ's and others reference as Gangster's.....I told my wife when it happened how bogus that ruling was. That was a great piece from a really good movie....and I know I am white and middle age and have called it Gangster's Paradise in the past. Still think it is bogus by the normally good Jeopardy staff.

DVRed the episode so we will watch the bride tonite or should I say...tonight.

I think Tom McCabe is one of their judges.

Thanks to all of you for your great comments and support. I'm very proud of my wife. She took this seriously. Read all the books by former Jeopardy winners to get an idea of what to expect and read whatever reference books she could. Even watched Ken Burns's Civil War series. That's how she got Pickett's Charge. And we discussed betting strategy ad nauseam. The hard part though was not being able to tell anybody about how she did during the ten weeks from the taping of the show until it aired.
