Isn't he the first Ohio TE to sign a FA contract? Somewhere there is someone surprised who feels that Ohio's TEs haven't been very good lately.

Seems like Mangen has all of the tangibles for an NFL TE. If I remember right much of his Bobcat career was plagued by injury. Anyway it would be nice for him to develop into an NFL talent.
