Does the training table for eSports include unlimited Doritos Extreme and Mountain Dew Kickstart?
Kind of reminds me of a short announcement I saw in our local paper last July. Among announcements for workouts/tryouts/two-a-days/etc.. was the one announcing conditioning for the Newark High School bowling team was to begin the following week. I had to chuckle as I tried to figure out what conditioning the bowling coach had in mind.
(My sincerest apologies to offended bowlers)
As a former bowler, I can assure you that hand and arm strength is important. After all, you're repeatedly tossing a 16lb chunk of plastic at high speed, with high rotational velocity (unless you're talking candlepins or duckpins). Bowlers did not go through conditioning drills in my day, but in retrospect, it would have had some benefit.
As for eSports, I'm not sure what conditioning drills they would do. Perhaps specialized finger dexterity drills? I have to admit that DA's comment above cracked me up.
