Hill was a heck of a WR playing TE..he never backed down being undersized either
I took the reported sizes of all the TE in recent years, and then divided weight by height to get a measure of "density". From the heaviest to lightest:
2006: Sylvan 6'4" 274 3.61
2013: Jordon 6'3" 264 3.52
2011: Clark 6'3" 262 3.49
2006: Christy 6'3" 258 3.44
2008: Carter 6'5" 257 3.34
2012: Roback 6'3" 249 3.32
2017: Mangen 6'6" 258 3.31
2005: Cody 6'4" 250 3.29
2015: Heitzman 6'5" 252 3.27
2009: Olsheski 6'2" 242 3.27
2012: Thompson 6'4" 248 3.26
2012: Knight 6'4" 245 3.22
2013: Talbert 6'4" 245 3.22
2010: Caldwell 6'5 248 3.22
2014: Saunders 6'4" 242 3.18
2013: Hill 6'5" 245 3.18
2017: Morgan 6'7" 250 3.16
2008: Mooney 6'3" 236 3.15
2006: Logan 6'3" 232 3.09
2014: Henry 6'3" 228 3.04
2011: Olyaie 6'3" 225 3.00
2015: Rodriguez 6'3" 220
I would say that Thompson, Mangen, and Heitzman were kind of the prototypical Ohio TEs. Logan, Hill, Morgan, and Mooney were on the light end, while Slyvan, Clark, and Carter were on the heavy end.
