I think some credit should go to Mike London. I think he coached a really good game. He knew he had to roll the dice early and take it to Cat's weakness. It changed everything about the game. That team was ready at the beginning and fought hard in the second half when it could have packed it in. It's a shame it didn't work out for him at UVA. He looks like somebody worthy of a second chance in FBS.

Yeah, Howard came to play. They're put together.
I'm not too worried about the Cat's performance, if anything I'm happy about their grit.

Let’s see how Howard does the rest of the year before we judge too much. Pretty much the same for Ohio.

Howard plays at Kent next week. I believe Howard can beat Kent based on what I saw against us on Saturday.

Howard came 7 points shy of beating Kent last year.
Kent seems like a better team than last year after losing to Illinois 31-24, but Howard is naturally improved as well. Will be interesting to see how the Flashes fare in this game compared to us.

Hmmm...If weather looks good, I might take in the Howard-Kent game. Dix stadium is only 25 miles north of my home...
