Who do I complain to about how much the updated website sucks? I understand wanting a clean page, but people want speed to get to where they want, not more clicks. Plus I can't even load the Football content currently, so I can't go to the site anymore to see the football only schedule, just the composite schedule. Epic Fail so far on whomever managed this redesign.

I got to the homepage in less than one second. Once I got there, the football schedule was one click away.

Person responsible for the football media content is no longer in that position.

I was told that whomever they hire has a lot to fix.

Other than of Russ and Jake there is very little content that reflects well on our football program or our university. Just a lot of sloppy work.

I haven't gone in and checked, but I'd imagine a lot of the issues with this could be traced back to the same issues that we've seen in ticket sales/marketing in the last few years: There seems to be a revolving door at some positions that plays a role in the lacking consistency.

Yeah, I'm not having any issues either. Seems to work for me, including on my mobile phone.

My big complaint is that they haven't scheduled the time yet for the Cincinnati game. C'mon, how hard is that to do?!?

That's not up to us. I spoke with someone in the ticket office this week about that game and it could be up to the 10th day before the game before the time is announced. Whoever is in charge of TV decisions announces the time.

UC kickoff time isn't up to Ohio. But UMass kickoff time is.

Actually, it’s up to the TV package and not OHIO

UC kickoff time isn't up on their site also. Very few of their games are. Don't see the UMASS start time, what is it please?

Seconded. I looked here on BA, Ohio website, and UMass website, and found nothing to indicate the kickoff time for the UMass game.

You do realize that is almost entirely UC's/TV folks call?

Maybe that is a good thing times haven't been announced as it increases the probability it will be televised. I am guessing that the Ohio game will be a night start. Nothing to go on other then past experience attending games at UC where many are at night even in November including Saturday games . I am going to the Navy-UC game and it is a good bet that one is a night game also. Whatever the starting time the band show with the two best marching bands in the state of Ohio will make the Ohio-UC game worth attending all by itself.

I appreciate the leanness and clean look of the new one. That old website was a nightmare to load and used a tan color as an accent I found distracting and weird.

I'm not having any issues at all with the website. Seems easy to navigate and the content seems fresh and easy to load.
