It happened Saturday during the Bobcat game.
Interference with a punt receiver results in a 15 yard penalty.
Because the punt receiver is ready road kill if someone feels like taking a shot at him the act of interference should be an open to officials interpretation with a 15 yard flag up to an ejection or as severe as they want to make it.
That Bobcat hit on a player looking skyward could have caused serious damage. To keep punt returns potentially exciting there should be a rule to protect the vulnerable and 15 yards is too limp wristed of a penalty IMO.

The fault is as much with the returner as it is with the coverage player. If the returner senses the coverage bearing down on him, he should call a fair catch. That's a signal to the coverage team to back off. If a player doesn't call for a fair catch in that situation (as was the case with the UVA player), he's asking to get drilled. He has as much an obligation to protect himself as the coverage team has to protect him.
BTW, it'll be interesting to see how many opposing players Arkansas drills on punts after being faked out by Troy for a TD.

North Texas, not Troy (credit where credit is due)
