Who will threaten Parker Navarro for first team All-Conference?

Will a high-volume passer gain more attention than the multi-talented Navarro?

Finn from Miami unfortunately. We could see a back to back rival championship game.

Toledo's Tucker Gleason. Had a solid year in 2024 and still has a lot of weapons around him (Junior Vandeross & Trayvon Rudolph (NIU transfer)).

He threw for almost 2,800 yards last year with 24 TDs / 8 INTs. Also ran for 364 with 7 TDs. Pretty solid.

Inexplicably, Finn is being underrated this season.

He's a 7th year senior with 90 career touchdowns. He's going to put up numbers. I think he ends up far and away a 1st team guy - because his passing numbers will be huge. I think we're all forgetting Finn also has the legs.

Parker might sneak out a 3rd team, because of his running ability, but there will be a lot of competition. And can he replicate 1K rushing?

Finn
Gleason
Drew Pyne at BG now
Kim from EMU - transfer from Coastal Carolina
Joey Labas - 2nd year at CMU
Roberson at Buffalo - Penn State / Uconn / Kansas State

MAC is gonna have some good QB play this season me thinks

The answer to whether Parker can nab 1000 yards rushing comes down to three things: How has he grown as a passer and does he have the targets? How much can Boyland, Brune and Bangura (The Killer B's) find success? And is our offensive line deep enough and talented enough to create holes? A year ago we had Carson Heidecker coming from tiny D-3 Notre Dame in Ohio and he made an NFL roster tryout. Now we've got guys like Waite and Marino. How much of an impact will they make with our guys like Dav and Shed?

The "Killer Bs"! Me like. May they become as famous as the Four Horsemen!

I was less than thrilled when I saw he had transferred there. Got to see him in person in the MACC back in 2022, and he was pretty electric. Made some impressive plays out of sheer will and talent.

FYI, ND was DII and for several years had HUGE offensive lines and either led the nation in rushing or was to five.
