I'm waiting on a response. Why did the AD pay top dollar for the mens hoops coach after annual fifth/three seed or worse performances in the MAC? Why did the AD secretly renew the womens BB coach for the horrific performances the last four seasons? We all know she is on her second baseball coach in the last 3-4 seasons. I'm waiting for your excuses for those blunders.

Some of you people amaze me! You criticize a coach who was two time Conference coach of the year. This coach won a league title for the first time in 55 plus seasons for Ohio, plus won 10 plus games for three consecutive years. No MAC coach had a better league record than Albin the last four years in the conference. You people are absolutely crazy! If this were the SEC or Big Ten, the administration would be gone for such a blunder. Get back to me when Ohio wins ten consecutive games for three seasons consecutively! This AD rewarded Boals as the top paid coach in the MAC for his annual fifth place finishes. Yet she couldn’t see fit to reward the best football coach in the conference the last four years. This administration dropped the ball and she will not get a hall pass from me. Ask her to tell you the truth. She should admit she screwed up. Doubt she will admit those blunders. The administration knew that Rice and other schools were interviewing Albin, but the AD chose to ignore this fact. The minute the Bobcats defeated Ball St and won game number nine, she should have sprinted to the Peden football offices and gave Allbin the contract he deserved. The AD chose not to do that. This administration including the president should have treated him better. The administration had the most successful MAC coach the last four seasons in Athens and they chose not to reward him. This AD would rather renew a womens BB coach who has been horrible the last four seasons. This AD would rather pay a mens BB Coach top pay for his annual fifth seed performances. This AD is now on her second baseball coach in the last few years. Not to mention her volleyball coach she hired about four years ago is no longer in town. Keep slapping the AD on the back for these huge blunders. I keep giving you facts, but I have yet to hear anyone tell me why this administration has been given hall passes for the blunders I mention above. Why is Boals the top paid coach in the league? Why is the womens BB coach sill around after these horrible last four years? We all know the baseball team has hired a new coach. Yep keep congratulating this AD for these blunders.
And I am waiting for when you post something new other than the same old cut and paste you have posted probably 100 times.

I am also waiting for when you acknowledge FACTS. That basic FACT is "Tim Albin CHOSE to leave his employment with Ohio PRIOR to the end of the season (i.e. contract)." For the administration to offer a new contract prior to the end of the year is foolish

Seriously, your OBSESSION with this, is weird. Have you thought of maybe discussing this issue with a professional so you can move forward with your life?

Mid 70's- you have yet to answer my questions. Why did the AD reward the mens hoops coach as top paid in the league and not reward an employee who devoted 20 seasons to Ohio? You and I both know Boals conference record. If Boals had interest from several other programs after being named MAC Coach of the year twice in a span of four years, would this AD have treated him the same way she treated Albin? We both know the answer to that. Of course, the mens hoops coach didn't have that kind of success. He finished fifth/third seed on an annual basis and she rewarded him as the highest paid coach in the league. Why did the AD secretly renew a womens BB coach who she didn't hire after four pathetic seasons? You have no responses for those mistakes. What is your obsession with this AD? Why do you and others continue to support these blunders? This AD didn't hire either of the above basketball coaches, yet she treated them way differently than Albin, who she hired. This AD thought so much of Albin she was compensating him as the 6th/7th highest paid coach in the league. We all know the mens and womens hoops coaches were not the 6th or 7th highest paid coaches in the league. She hired Albin on the advice of Coach Solich. The university thought enough of Coach Solich to name the football field after him, yet this administration treated Albin differently than the two basketball coaches. It is obvious Albin was not treated like some of the other employees the AD is rewarding. No coach had a better conference record the last four years than Albin, but she would rather reward the mens hoops coach for 5th seeds and the womens BB coach for six win seasons. Why is this so? Stop excusing the AD for these blunders and hold the administration accountable. I am waiting for your response. Maybe you can't respond, because you know everything that I said above is true.

“Responded” to all of these. Not doing the copy/paste that you do. Do you have a degree from Ohio? Did you get through college without learning to read?

Timmy boy left. Under contract. He left so quickly he forgot to get Charlotte to pay his buyout. He is making less money this contract year than he was at Ohio. He made a mistake and you refuse to acknowledge it.

I’m still convinced this loser is the head of the collective. I’ve heard he’s involved.

As I said before I think Bobcat1996 may be either Tim Albin’s dog or his wife. I believe it was SBH or bobcatsquared who speculated that given the tone of some of these posts that it might be a woman. Another possibility is that someone hired Monroe to come back under an assumed name and start to hammer one topic over and over and over again. This is one of the most Monroesque posters since his forced departure. No one could beat a dead horse as well as Monroe!

You need psychological help, which I cannot provide. Wake UP. Albin left while he was EMPLOYED. FACT. Why you try to correlate other sports with Albin's CHOICE to leave is irrelevant. Did you ever take a Statistics class while in Athens? Do you understand correlation analysis? All I can say is I hope you get the help you seem to need. If you answered one simple question, you'd have your answer to all of this. Tim Albin blew off his employer (Ohio University) BEFORE his contract was over. No one, not even you, can dispute this. He accepted a job at UNCC while still EMPLOYED at Ohio University. Speaks poorly of him to not even allow the AD to offer him an extension. These are FACTS. Hope he does well at UNCC but glad he is gone.

What is disturbing is this posters obsession with his fantasy. he has no idea of salary structure in the real world apparently. Some people make more than others but what is fair is open to interpretation. But to post the same crap for months is sad, and actually pathetic. It suggests someone either related to Tim or just a "groupie". I wish Tim well but fault his agent or Tim himself for his impulsive choice. Ohio owes him NOTHING other than thanks for your service and success.
