Does anybody know how Ben Nichol fared this season? I know he's playing but I can't find anything on him. Max Preps doesn't have him listed among the top 50 scorers in West Virginia. No. 1 is averaging over 30 per; No. 50 around 10.

Just checking articles on his twitter account . I see 24, 27, 14 points and I WV player of week award. Probably a lot more with more digging but don’t have the time right now

GW is ranked No. 2 in WV 4 A and playoffs start this week. Saw some highlights and he has a nice outside shot, left handed. Team has some pretty good guards that do most of the scoring. Its my highschool and the coach Rick Greene is an friend of mine but I moved away 50 years ago. The last Isaw Ben was averaging around 12 points per game but they typically are not a big scoring team.

Hopefully he contributes. This is a position we've had trouble finding guys to play significant minutes. Hadaway...McMurray...Garreri...etc.

Go to hudl.com and plug in his name and there are some highlight videos. Looks like a good passer that can drive to the basket. Maybe a better driver to the hoop than Clayton, definitely a 3 and not a 4.

A couple of opposing HS coaches called him a "stud". He's GW's best player and they're a very good team.

I still think Hadaway could be pretty darn good. A full summer could see him take steps forward.

It would be nice to see Hadaway have an arc similar to Treg Setty (or better). Treg was never a stud all-conference kind of guy, but he made big improvements in his game after his first year in Athens. He developed into a pretty dependable guy.
