Per Zach Fleer, 270hoops.com. Boals offered on Jan 24 after watching his 23 pt performance vs. Hartley. From same HS as Nick Kellog. Holds Stetson offer also.

Was a man among boys last week as DeSales defeated undefeated Heath. Leads DeSales into the Convo for a regional semifinal on Thursday.

Good shooting guard framework here. Nice athlete that can get his own shot within the arc.

This is a player I was hoping to get to Athens but seems like we lose an in-state player to Davidson about every other year. He just passed our own Nick Kellogg as the all-time leading scorer at DeSales and will be playing in the state final four this weekend. Was the D-II player of the year in the Central District.

Not sure if it was the case here but Kevin Kuwik has always been a strong Columbus recruiter.

We don't have any spots anyway, do we?

I don't think so, but the way things are now, you can almost count on at least one person leaving (hopefully not one of the main guys).

21 pts, 6 reb, 4 assists leading DeSales over Dayton C-J and into Sunday's state title game v. Akron St. V-M.

Really hope this tourney run can bolster OU on the recruiting front. These 2022 kids should be watching closely and how great of a coaching job this staff has done this just on the defensive side alone!

Agree here. That combined IF this coaching staff stays intact for several more years really ought to help create some positive recruiting momentum. The biggest challenge I see is that there are starting caliber players at every position right now for 21-22, and at the three guard/wing positions through 22-23. All that assuming no one leaves.
