This may just be random, but this kid posted some photos from a visit to Athens in mid-June on the website formerly known as Twitter, and Lamar Thornton just retweeted it in the last hour (on July 18th).
He’s picked up some other offers recently too.
Ohio, Cal, Kennesaw State, Charlotte, Cal Poly, Mississippi State and Utah Tech. Just need Tarleton State and Duke to round out this disparate group.
Also, it appears he attended Sunrise Christian last year, making him a then-teammate of Elijah Elliott.
