Ohio has offered a scholarship to 2015 PF prospect Develle Phillips from Upper Marlboro (MD) Clinton Christian High School. The 6-8, 210-pounder also has offers from Wichita St., Xavier, USF, Rutgers and DePaul.

I wonder if he is staying with DC Assault since their founder was just arrested on federal heroin trafficking charges.

Had not heard that.  Being in NC now, I don't get to keep up with the goings-on in that area as much.

Not sure when this was published, but it has him as the #1 prospect in the Maryland/DC area. Very impressive for an area that has produced some very good players.
