Thought I would put this together for anyone is interested in seeing where some Ohio recruits might be playing throughout the state tournament this spring. Go check 'em out and let us all know what you think! I'll keep updating if they keep winning. Some of these guys we haven't offered yet.

Awesome. It'll be interesting to see if a couple of these kids end up meeting up later into the tournament.

Ahrens broke his leg earlier in the year and is not playing.  Toles broke his foot and has not been playing either.

I forgot about the Toles injury. That stinks because that Canton bracket is never easy to get out of.

I was trying to figure that out as I was going through it. Ratliff, Dartis, Towns and Moyer are all in the same region and could potentially all meet on another because they are in four seperate districts. That would be an interesting Sweet 16 up in Columbus for Ohio recruits.  (Division I)

Toles and Spellman would meet in the Final Four if both of their teams won their regions. (Division I)

Versailles loses to Anna 58-55 in OT in the sectional final. Kyle Ahrens did not play as mentioned above due to a broken leg suffered earlier in the year. Versailles also lost their second leading scorer behind Ahrens earlier in the year to a torn ACL.

I'll be at Cintas Center tonight to watch Myo Baxter and Lakota East take on Moeller. Should get a good indication of how well he plays offensively given Moeller's stout defense.

Found out just before tipoff that Myo Baxter transferred to Dayton Chaminade Julienne. Not sure when it took place, will have to do more research after the games at Cintas tonight.

Hunter Martin has a pretty solid all-around game in Berne Union's 61-39 loss to Lancaster Fairfield Christian. He scored 10 points, grabbed 11 boards, blocked 4 shots and dished out 3 assists. LFC hits nine threes in the first half to cruise.

The Division I Columbus bracket is developing nicely for Ohio recruits. Seth Towns, Jordan Dartis and Matthew Moyer will all be playing District Championship games on Saturday, March 8th at Columbus Fairgrounds Coliseum.

If all three of their respective teams win, they will have the chance to play each other in the Regionals at the Fairgrounds as well. The first matchup we could see is if both #1 seed Columbus Northland and #5 seed Newark advance. Then we would see Dartis and Towns go head to head. Moyer's Gahanna Lincoln squad is on the other side of the bracket as the #2 seed.

Dartis has been playing close to 32 min/game since his freshman season. However, he had to sit for extended minutes last night with foul trouble before coming back to score 13 of his 20 points in the final quarter.
