This school has had a winning culture for a long time in Div. II. There have been down times in the transition to Div I, but overall the trajectory has been in a positive direction. Many were surprised that they fired their long time head coach last year.

This program has the institutional committment, the facilities, and the geographic location going for them.
And is an option for all the Blue and Cards fans in N KY that can't get tics to Looval or Lexy games. You think we have a problem with bucknuts gear in Athens? Imagine what the Bigger schools gear scene is like there!

If I lived in the Cincy area I'd attend some of their games. Beautiful arena. Easy to get to. Would be great to get in on ground floor of season tix in good seating location.

Plus they have a darn good public radio station I contribute to monthly. Check it out. Great music.

I agree with the sentiments about NKU as a program. I think they'd be a good non-conference schedule partner for Ohio. It would be worth a day trip to the Cincy area for a road game.

Senior year highlight tape with plenty of #OMGDunx. I can't believe D1 upstart NKU is getting this kid.

If we didn't have Jason Carter coming in I would be more jealous. This kid will be very good but he looks like a bruiser. We will need that in a few years but not next year and hopefully Ellis can fill that spot. I like JC.

I'm just guessing here, but I bet they don't get him if they're still in the A-Sun.

That was fantastic. My favorite part was 1:40 to 2:10. Two back-to-back oops. The kids who threw up the no look passes both looked really young. Hilarious to watch.

I finally watched the video. What in the hell is going on here? He's a bruiser man!

As a compliment - he's a poor man's Gary Trent :)

Haven't went and saw this kid play yet, but he's been starting every game for NKU and averaging 10 pts and 6 rebs. NKU improving.

The Jump NKU has made since they first moved to D1 is pretty solid. They could be top of the Horizon in the next couple years. This kid could be one of the center pieces.
