For a sophomore, these are good numbers. 56% shooter on 212 field goal attempts and only 30 of those attempts were from three. Tells me he is either a good penetrator, good off the ball, or both. Not a big assist figure; the other guard from Moeller we've shown interest in had higher numbers as did a forward who will be at Cornell this year.

Moeller is stacked this year. So is Princeton. I'd love to see the two meet up.

That page tells me that Toledo and Kent St. really, really are stressing getting PGs in the next two classes.

Tons of FT attempts are a good indicator that he likes to penetrate. Will have to see what his assist numbers look like this year assuming he slides over to starting PG.

Interesting that we're so zeroed in on Moeller recently.

It is but probably smart. They are well coached and share the ball. Fits in nicely with what Saul likes to do.

If you want to make inroads in Cincinnati, Moeller is at the top of the list of schools you should target.

Here's Miles' hudl. He can get UP for a relatively short guy. One-on-one defense looks outstanding, too.

Miles suffered a season-ending injury in football and will most likely miss all of basketball season.

Huggy Bear recruiting over here in SW Ohio a lot lately. Or maybe he always has and I just haven't noticed until now. Got the Bolden kid a couple years ago from just across the river and Lamont West who played at Withrow for a while.

Being a Gnadenhutten guy and having a strong connection to Cincy I am surprised his footprint is not all over Ohio kids.

I'm sure he's got plenty of inroads. My high school and tons of others regularly attend his father's camp over on the East side of the state. That was good ole fashioned basketball, there. Staying in cabins and playing on cement courts, you had to win to get to play in the "good gym."

Huggy Bear is a notorious Ohio recruiter like none other as mentioned above. Definitely one of the few head coaches who hangs around at Flyin' to the Hoop to see kids and mine them over. Not surprised by this one at all.

Would be nice if we could get one of these high major kids. But it's getting rare for a mid major to do it.

Saw Moeller play today. McBride was in street clothes. Maybe still out from the foot injury that ended his football season. Hayes, the Texas recruit, was OK. But Jeremiah Davenport, a Wright St. commit, was outstanding.
