I'm guessing that Charlie Daniels wasn't one of the recruits on campus this weekend, as he reportedly committed to Stephen F Austin on Friday:

Im confused about who the 5 recruits are from last weekend that Coach Thornton keeps tweeting about and if McDay is among them. He says 4 of the 5 committed. We only know 2 so far so we still have some more good news to follow. Hope we get all 5 whoever they are.

My guess is the 4 mentioned are McDay, Roderick, Price & Safford. That is a great group of 4, adds to Springs & McMurray giving us 6 in the same class. I'd think we will look to add transfers with at least some of the remaining scholarships in the name of class balance. Although the thought of 9 or so players all in the same class sounds oddly intriguing.

Arkley recently started following twins Miles & Michael Brown on Twitter (right between following Price & Safford). I wonder if they may have visited too? They are 6'-2" guards from Northstar Christian Academy in NY in Class C (think that's small school). Miles scores a TON of points and I think is the D1 Prospect. He had an offer Stony Brook.

I like how one is announcing per day. Gives each player a chance to have their own day. Coach Thornton said 4 committed, so unless one is McDay, we have today and tomorrow to be excited. Plus, it shows that these guys have a true sense of team by waiting and giving their soon to be teammates the spotlight.

Good stuff.

Not gonna lie, that was the first thing I thought of. But I have to believe these guys are better than the LaFerla twins. For starters, they aren't 5'8. I think the Olsen twins dunked on the LaFerla twins.

Thornton mentioned 4/5 were signing. Assuming the 2nd twin isn't counted as he's a PFWO:

What becomes confusing is that McDay was a prior signing.. does this mean we have one more guy in the works? If so, hoping it's Safford or Meeks.

Both guys have been linked to OU via Twitter. I know some don't put much stock into social media... but it's 2019, you should. I wonder when those 2 will announce. As far as I can see, Safford is only interested in OU and Wofford. Meeks has only really posted about OU. If I had to pick, I'd take Meeks as we need a center, although both would be nice.

Great job coach, this recruiting class has me ready for the season to start!

Regardless of when it happens, we still have 3 open scholarships so we still have a ways to go to fill out the roster. This is one of the most talked about offseasons in a long time.

In the Caravan talk Boals mentioned 4 more recruits coming this week, all big. He said something like "They are guys I have to look up at."
