One offer according to VC, from UT-Martin.

Good footwork, decent handle, can pass and plays passing lanes...a Saul recruit. And he's a lefty! Has a really nice spin move he uses throughout some of these videos.

A lot to like about this kid. Love the defensive anticipation, court vision and the hustle without the ball.

Ben has been lighting it up early in the year, scoring 37, 24, 28 and 29 points in his first four games. Scored 20 in a recent win over Westerville North.

Zach Fleer has him as the #1 ranked shooting guard in the central Ohio area, FWIW.

Upon seeing him in person, surprised that Ohio State is looking at him. His shot takes a while to develop and be launched. I get it was at Flyin' to the Hoop, but his effort was suspect. Definitely think he's a MAC kid, but not sure if he is a take from our end. Saw some other kids here that are those athletes that we need.

A bunch of schools were in house to watch Ben this weekend. Saw something on twitter that Xavier and Wisconsin are now showing interest as well.

Ben recently scored his 1000th point, and I think he's the first ever to do it at Olentangy Liberty High School if I'm reading Twitter correctly. Pretty impressive to accomplish the feat halfway through your junior year. Congrats!

Also news has come out today that Ben has torn his ACL and will miss the remainder of this season.

The injury bug is infecting our damn recruits too.

Despite his injury, Ohio is among those schools that continue to "keep in touch" with Ben, per Zach Fleer of 270hoops.com. He's not playing on the summer circuit and may not play football this fall. This young man was about to ascend above mid major status when he injured his knee in February...

I know Ohio probably needs a big to replace Doug's presence, but having a guy who can score like him is also needed.
