Ohio is reportedly recruiting Kendrick Nunn, a 6'2" 2013 SG prospect out of Chicago, IL.

Nunn will be visiting Athens this weekend along with his HS teammate, 2012 F prospect Steve Taylor, per Twitter:

Quotes from Kendrick's dad about last weekend's visit.  Apparently Kendrick is a "top priority" for the 2013 class:

If I owned a company and needed to sell something, I would hire Groce and pay him whatever he wanted.  I know that the assistants do most of the leg work, but shouldn't Groce be the one orchestrating it?

Kendrick Nunn
of Chicago Simeon/Meanstreets AAU, said he holds offers from Providence, Texas A&M, DePaul, Florida State, Missouri, Tennessee, North Carolina State, Memphis, Ohio U, and Illinois. He does not list any favorites.

He said “pretty much everyone I talk to” when asked who is recruiting him the hardest. Location will not be a factor in his decision.

“I took a visit to Memphis and Ohio U, that’s about it,” Nunn said, noting that he has no other trips planned.

On when he plans to commit: “Hopefully [I will] make my decision by [the time I am] coming into my senior year or my junior year.”

*BUMP*

Kendrick Nunn dropped 24 points last night in his NBA debut for the Heat. Quite the career he's had so far.

Illinois to Oakland to the G League to starting for the Miami Heat.

And this is why I continue to call BS on players that think they *need* to be in a P5/P6 conference to make it in The League. Great for him!
