Ok, I want this kid in a Bobcat uniform. I know tape isn't always the key to judging a player but come on...watch the whole thing. You see change of pace, you see killer crossovers, you see deep jumpers, mid-range jumpers, absorbing contact, great passes...this kid's the real deal. Picture he, Darty, Butler and Culver together in a backcourt that is so deep it's dangerous.

Very creative finisher when he gets to the rim. Can absorb the contact from a bigger defender but protects the ball and gets it up off the glass. Had a couple of nice floaters in there too.

Looks to be ambidextrous as well. That's a very underrated skill for all players but particularly smaller guys.

I would like to see this kid visit Athens. Today he put on a show in the LBJ Classic at SVSM. In a tough loss he was composed and played a hell of a game. He can shake defenders, dish the Rock and score. I liked how he can attack the basket but passes it off to get the assist when in traffic. He would be great for us.

My tigers lost, but Yahel continues to do well. Our coaches need to get on this one. http://highschoolsports.cleveland.com/news/article/-44820... /

He is playing incredibly well. They just took down Warren Harding who has 3 division 1 recruits, including Derrick Culver, who will attend West Virginia. http://highschoolsports.cleveland.com/news/article/840747... /

He's definitely the real deal. Shoots real well and has solid handles. Hope he doesnt grow 3 more inches or else the big boys may come calling.

Nice, I will talk to his coach Jeremy Holmes. Holmes played at Pittsburgh, hopefully they don't offer. Another coach close to the Cleveland Heights family is Harold Rasul, Rasul went to St. Joseph's in Pennsylvania. Damon Stringer has some influence, he almost transferred to Ohio after his stent at Ohio State. His dad went to Ohio and loves Ohio.

Along with us and Duquesne, other schools involved are Kent, Akron, Toledo, Stony Brook and James Madison.

Interesting mix of schools with Ohio ties.

James Madison coach Louis Rowe was an assistant a Bowling Green before taking over at James Madison last year.
