Surprise, surprise. We hire his former coach at Hargrave and he gets an offer. He had numerous offers, but apparently is still available at this late date. Interested in hearing the back story on this young man.

He reclassified to 2021 per his Twitter timeline and will play at Hargrave again this year. I think that means he would have 4 years to play 4. Preston would be a senior his freshman year so would get a shot at a starting role early in his career which has to be appealing.

247 ranks him at 215 in the country. That could make him one of the higher MAC recruits in the 2021 class. Time will tell.

Another lefty!

Like his handle, like his shooting...need to see more defensively and ability to finish with the right hand when he gets in close. Though finishing with the opposite hand on the right side will confuse big men at first.

However....we've all seen those rankings plummet after a player signs with a mid major...for no reason at all. : ( Hope that doesn't happen with Mark.

Seems that way. According to his own tweet in May, he was reclassifying to 2021.

Looks pretty darn good in this game... A couple of defensive lapses but he's got some very good mid-range game as well as being a good rebounder for his size/position.
