I don't know what they'd be willing to pay, but Oats seems like a decent option here, as does the UMBC coach.

According to the papers out here,Hurley turned down a higher offer from Pitt.

To be honest I would take Hurley before Oats. Hurley has a name up in the Northeast for one, and two he has proven at two different levels he can win. That to me is a huge difference between some coaches that make the jump and Hurley. When you prove you can win in two different spots with similar ingredients, it shows your process can and will work.

That said, Oats is going to get a very good gig, it becomes a question of which one.
