Sorry, had to be said. After that performance, someone's going to back up a Brinks truck to Nate Oats house. Might actually be Arizona if the hammer falls this offseason.

I have to say, Ohio had a really disappointing season (not here to discuss reasons or faults) but from what I've seen of Buffalo, there is no shame in losing to that team even twice. They are freakishly athletic, but play with such great control, and if they're shooting like they did last night, they can take down anyone. Kentucky might be in trouble. This isn't your regular elite Kentucky team, they've got to know the Bulls can easily beat them.

UK by ten. Kentucky won't be overlooking them.

Buffalo's win was my only bracket wart. 15 of 16... first place in the pool.

I don't doubt that UK should win and I would consider them a slight favorite right now, but UK doesn't have to overlook Buffalo for Buffalo to win.

How up will he jump? over the last 16 years he has 11 at the HS level. a couple as an Asst at Buf and a couple as their head coach. larger programs tend to like a little more seasoning (even with his success). Not sure a high level (e.g., AZ), but what about a Pitt? Other?

We have no open schollies. Have to roll with that amazing recruiting class as is, for better or worse. Next season may not be so bad with lots of experienced returning players. Everything after that....

If for some reason a schollie magically appeared, Larry Austin who played sparingly at Xavier and then Vandy would be low hanging P5 conference pickings as a grad transfer for one year of extra depth at guard. He was 1-4 from three this season but quick, plays defense, and is a good ballhandler.
