That job may not be as great as it sounds. The blue chip players in that town are now pursued by everybody from the ACC to the Pac 12. They play in a really nice NBA arena...not really near their campus. So that is a plus and a minus at the same time. And the AAL conf. is not really a household name.

And some coaching candidates might be turned off by a class act like Tubby getting a pink slip after winning 20-something games.
