Ladies and Gents,

It's that time of year again for our 2nd Annual BobcatAttack Bracket Challenge. Feel free to join if you must as the link is below. Also, can one of the moderators pin this thread near the top as well for March Madness? Figured it would make it easier to keep updated throughout the tourney.

There should be a blue "Join Group" Button near the top of the page. Right before it lists all the members.

I put money on Duke to win it all when in Vegas last October.

solely because of Gary Trent Jr playing there.

I find it difficult to root for Duke in general. But Gary Trent at Duke does not create a warm spot in my heart. He was
a Legacy! He should have attended Harvard on the Hocking rather than Duke in Durham!

That's a sentiment many get behind. One of my best friends is a Marion, Oh grad that never played sports..graduated HS and took off for Calif. Done well over the years without any college but somehow still loves Stupid Cow and because of other musical affiliations has become an avid Blue Devils fan, going to Final Four every year and pouting when Duke does not make FF.

On another note ... Looking back at Monson and then Few building Gonzaga to a respected brand from nothing I find it amazing that they have been 19 straight years in the tourney now. Used to travel to other teams and take their lumps in the early years. Now they are giving the beat downs and would surprise no one to be cutting down nets.

I haven't done the math and considered all the possibilities with 3 games left and for all 46 contestants, but it appears unofficially that: I'll take first place if Nova beats Loyola in the title game; and shabamon wins it all if Nova beats Michigan for the title.

Of course my same bracket selections for the pool at work, where there's a nice cash prize for first and second places, have mathematically been eliminated from a top two finish.

Congrats on not only nailing the final two teams, but nearly the score as well.

I didn't get into this pool in time, but did win my office pool on Yahoo with 3 of the 4 Final Four teams (although I almost lost to someone who had the least amount of correct picks, but had Michigan to win it all, which was worth 32 points when the leaders had about 80-90 points heading into last night's game and she had around 60 points.)
