Nice obit. Thanks for posting.

Ohio University is noticeable by its absence in the list of places to donate in his honor. Certainly understandable . . . but I find it sad as well.

Yep...seems like Coach and the University couldn't get back to a good place with their relationship. Sad is an understatement. And nothing to Western Carolina. Sure looks like he was told to step down there and interesting to read those close to him who say Coach Hunter was going to continue to coach.

He should have never been fired from Ohio. He had one more year on his contract and should have been allowed to finish it out and let the chips fall where they may.
