...is significantly higher when our team isn't even playing anymore. We seem to enjoy discussing other programs more than our own. Just an observation which strikes me as odd and disappointing. I know we had a poor season but still...

It was announced 4 hours ago that Dozier is leaving and not a single post about it so....

I think he graduates this year. Sad he got very minimal time on the court. Wishing him success in whatever he does.

I’ve been a member of this board almost from the beginning, It crashed at a point, lost some great info.The administrators have been great at keeping it going and monitored . Sadly I’ve seen the activity peak at the low points of the program, ...social media has brought out the worst in fans IMO.. this board has been a thoughtful place to discuss our Bobcats , with some amazing contributors.

I look at this board as a way to discuss the Bobcats, MAC stories and college basketball in general. You can beat some things to death, such as the Simmons transfer and it's good to get a variety of topics going.

I see it as a sign of encouragement. It means that Bobcat fans remain passionate about the Bobcats and NCAA basketball in general. Personally, I am always disappointed when the 'Cats don't make the Postseason, whether or not we are talking about the NCAA tournament, NIT, or other Postseason opportunities.

With all due respect to the staff in Alumni Relations, this board is my primary way of keeping up with all things Ohio University. I love my copy of Ohio Today but there are enough non-sports threads on this board that keep me informed about other events/news.

I've been a long-time reader, infrequent and sporadic poster, and I applaud the administrators and regular posters. I rarely go more than a few days without checking this site.

On that note, no pun intended, there is a great show at Mem Aud tonight - Lyle Lovett and Shawn Colvin. A friend of mine has one extra ticket for sale in the second row center if anyone is interested.

I've worked with Lyle Lovett before. He's a nice guy and an underrated performer. Should be a nice show.
