I think there are some things discussed in here that can parallel things we discuss on this board about our current staff. The one of note for me is how Brownell changed to looking at a transfer or two more often - to get "older" as they said. Seems like Saul & Co. may have already taken that approach to an extent: Mickle and Murrell are older.
