If he is healthy he will shoot up the charts...just watch. Heck, as a Cavs fan I'd rather have him on my roster than Tristan Thompson!

I checked their roster last night, they did have two other big guys. One was Adreiyan Payne from Michigan St. I don't remember the other guy off the top of my head. Hopefully he gets some run.

Payne was very good at michigan state and was drafted by Minnesota. He is very athletic with a nice midrange stroke. I am sure atone will get some opportunities. I am glad to see that he is healed.

Reggis Onwukamuche (Prarie View A&M)
Xavier Gibson (Florida St)

Sidebar note: I believe Groce was recruiting Payne to come to Ohio until his stock went way up.

Congratulations to Tony Campbell, I hope that his conditional physical goes well, and that he is able to put his previous injuries behind him. As a side note, his new team has 25% Off on merchandise for the next 12 hours. I suppose that I have room in my closet for yet another sports team that features a Bobcat. Getting more and more expensive doing so with the expanded amount of Bobcats going pro in various sports, but I am always happy to see a fellow Bobcat do well, though I have yet to break down and purchase a Michigan Basketball jersey. That's just too much to ask from an Ohio born and bred boy, you know?!?!

Major news. Did not expect this. So glad he's going to have this opportunity.

Payne from MSU was just waived for being involved in the scandal in East Lansing. Could mean more PT for Big Tone.

Wow, pretty sick if the allegations are true. I hope Tone takes advantage of the extra playing time.

Fun fact: Adetunji Adedipe is the Assistant GM of the Lakeland Magic.

I see that G league games will be broadcast on, among other places, facebook live. Can anyone tell me if a person who will not be signing up for facebook can still watch that?

Tony got his first G league minutes today in a loss to Erie:

19 minutes, 4 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals

Quality pro effort for Tone.

Link seems to have full game:

Tony enters with about 7 to go in first quarter (about 13:45 in).

This should clear the way for more PT for Big Tone:

7 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists last night for Tone in a win. 19 minutes played, but fouled out.

Could be a tick slow at the moment, can't imagine taking a year off dealing with foot issues and coming back to play against the best competition he's ever played with. I feel optimistic for him, think he has a great opportunity and will only get more productive with more PT and getting back into game shape.

I completely agree. A year (or a little more?) away from competetive basketball, and learning to trust his body again, I think he'll steadily improve.

I'm surprised that N'Dour is not in the G League. I thought he was a victim of circumstances with the Knicks and proved he could play with the pros. Maybe hanging out in the G League could have given him another NBA chance?

He probably feels he has already shown what he can do. I'm sure he's making better money in Eastern Europe anyway!

Tony fouled out, but otherwise a very solid game tonight. I've yet to get to watch, but looking forward to catching a game soon.

18 points and 8 boards in only 19 minutes? And he fouled out? Damn, he was active.
