Arkley tweeted about this. I think the deal is we will host two from the group of Campbell, Austin Peay, Central Connecticut, and FAMU in the Convo, then play Georgetown and one of USF or LMU in Jamaica.

As long as Ohio gets to play Georgetown out of this grouping, added to the fact Xavier and Purdue are set, I think it's safe to say this schedule will be pretty solid. Home slate will still have some dogs on it thanks to the MAC's home scheduling rules, but the road/neutral schedule looks fantastic.

Saul told the Cbus caravan stop that we would indeed play G-town.

The good news: recent recruiting rival Longwood beat the Fighting Camels (Campbell) by 14 last season.

The not as good news: The Camels beat them by 34 in the re-match.

In any case, good seats should be available.

The name of this thing could only be better if it was called Jersey Mike's Jamaica Classic in Japan

The opening round pits USF against Ohio (Nov. 16) with a second-round matchup coming against either Georgetown or Loyola Marymount (Nov. 18).

USF was terrible last year. ~90 spots below us on Kenpom. Lost at home to EMU by 18. It'd be a shame if we lost to them and didn't get to play G'town.

Hopefully it's the Bobcats and Hoyas in Round 2. I think Loyola named schools reached their quota for amazing hoops play last year.
