Am I the only one who finds this location to be a bit interesting? I assume it is because the Bluestone isn't available, or became too expensive.

The Bogey is located on the southwest side of the O'Shaughnessey Dam bridge over the Scioto -- near the Columbus Zoo, but opposite side of the river. If you're going and not familiar with Shawnee Hills, stay a couple miles per hour under the speed limit and don't even slightly roll through a turn or stop sign/right on red light.
