For anyone who has used and bought this before, they have last year's version if anyone should want it, at a discount:

I agree. Since it was shown to me via this board 3-4 years ago, I order the paper copy once it's available. Then it sits on the living room table for 5 months as a great reference guide when I have games on. Took it to the Charleston Classic last year, which was great reading with the morning coffee prior to heading into the city for games.

Was just reading Miami's writeup and came across something I didn't realize. Darrian Ringo was kicked off the team in July but reinstated in August. Anybody know the story behind that?

I quickly glanced over three different college basketball preview magazines (Athlon, Lindy's and another I can't remember) at Walmart. Ohio was picked second, fourth and fifth in the division by the various magazines. I think Buffalo was the consensus first-place pick. Second through sixth were pretty random and varied greatly, which I don't think is unreasonable. All mentioned how injuries derailed last season and the question was how healthy they might be this year.

Not surprised by this at all. Buffalo continues to reload and get in better talent. Definitely have potential to hold for a few years and still be a load at the tail-end if and when Oates leaves. Strap in for the show they're gonna put on this year

Without question, UB has the talent to dominate the conference season. Just got the notification that my copy of the Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook is on the way, so I'll let you know what they say about UB soon. Hoops season is almost here!
