My brother in law is pushing for Dana Gardens. Based on its Yelp page, it looks like the Crystal's long lost twin.

Have you not been there? It's Xavier's only "on campus" bar and that's where everyone flocks. It definitely looks like it belongs in Athens.

Does anyone know if tickets will be easy to get right before tip-off? Depending upon my work schedule and how quickly I can get out of Columbus, I might meet up with some friends in Cincy who are UD alums and all too happy to cheer us on against their one time conference rival. I was at the game 10 years ago, but the tickets were already purchased so I am not sure how difficult it will be this time. Thanks for any info you may have!

No, never had a reason to hang out in that area. Had a buddy that used to bartend at Monty's. Looks like that's gone now.

Four Bobcat alums and a Brazilian wife (who can translate the Brazilian cheers we see every February) will be heading to Listerman's Brewing, near Xavier's campus at about 4PM. @Bleed Green & White will be among us. Listerman's has food. @OU_Country, you in?

I'm going but just arriving in time for tipoff. I love both schools, as I have a master's degree from XU -- but I definitely bleed green. Go get 'em, Cats!

sadly im out. just landed from cruise and dogsitter mother having surgery, have to get the hound at a moments notice, on call style, so as not to inconvenience her

gordos is best spot near cintas. best gourmet burgers in town, i recommend the jean-robert!

great bar selection too.

Gordos is one of my favorite spots. Great mac n cheese.
