DJ will likely forever be my favorite Bobcat, and he did so much for our university. A couple of months ago, he announced he was stepping away from professional ball for family reasons. It now looks like his career may be over on terms other than his own.

I hope the best for him and his family.

I tried another translate software, and the article read like something I would have written in the 6th grade. Not surprised at that, sad, but true.

And thanks Finn

Here are the first three paragraphs of the article.

The former MVP of the Championship was sentenced to two years of suspension after a positive test for anabolic hormone, specific to pregnant women. The American was better known as a follower of the fumette. This feeds the suspicion of cheating.

It had to happen. When he landed for the first time in the French Championship, to finish the 2015-2016 season in Monaco, D.J. Cooper was not a saint. And international basketball already knew that this leader in the hands of gold, the spectacular pass, king of caviars served to the ladle to feast his teammates, had a big weakness: his appetite for cannabis. Perhaps God was a smoker of Havana, Gainsbourg said, but the divine American leader preferred to roll some joints.

Too probably, which could explain his somewhat chaotic itinerary, from one club to another. A few months in Russia (in Krasnoyarsk) and Panathinaikos of Athens in 2014-2015, return to Russia (in Volgograd) then back machine in Greece with seven matches at AEK Athens (2015-2016) before signing in January 2016, in Monaco. From where he will leave for Pau-Orthez, and a complete season (2016-2017) with masterful flights and a deserved MVP title. We find him in Gravelines in July 2017, still unstable since, after four matches, he leaves the club suddenly, on October 16th. To return, three days later, in Monaco. From where it flew precipitously on September 7, 2018, before the beginning of season, for imperious "family reasons".

Man I love reading translated articles. Great entertainment.

Sorry to hear this about DJ though. Hope to see him back in the convo someday.
