I didn't know that was legal play having your guys all line up out of bounds like that. Looks like NKU should have been penalized five yards for an illegal formation! ;-)

Yeah I was listening to this game live on the radio tonight when it happened. WSU announcers were flipping their stuff. "What are they doing? ALL FIVE GUYS ARE OUT OF BOUNDS! They're lined up like a track meet! I've never seen this in all my years of doing basketball. My gosh they can throw the ball to absolutely anybody - even one of the guys out of bounds!"

Of course it was an absolutely genius move by the NKU coach. WSU was down 3 and trying to steal or foul immediately. This basically guaranteed they couldn't steal the ball and they also did a great job of keeping the ball moving once they got it in to make it hard for them to foul. Great great job all the way around by NKU.
