Very interesting, ESPN Bubble Watch says Buffalo should be in despite 2 MAC road losses. The story goes on to say that road wins at West Virginia and Syracuse should put them in the Field of 68.

Two road losses within 10 points don't hurt too much. If they were to get smoked at home by 15 like Ohio did last weekend it will be over.

The key phrase being....."should be in"....if the bracket came out today. 9 conference games left... can't stumble twice down the stretch during the regular season. If so, it will be a nervous selection Sunday for UB if it doesn't win the MAC tourney.

Buffalo just down 5 at the half 43 to 38, looking good for them to pull out the win.

This week will go a long way to determining their fate with roadies at Akron & Toledo. If they get 2 wins there, the last 6 are on the easier side (yes sadly including in Athens)...and a 16-2 regular season is very possible if not probable.

My prediction is they will not get 2 wins this week. But I hope they do.

Jerry Palm at CBS Sports weighs in and gives the MAC 2 possible bids. Again, not saying it is going to happen but the fact that it is up for discussion is amazing in and of itself!
