Is this a foreign language😊? I haven’t a clue what this means except that apparently there is wagering involved.

This Ohio team is the worst at covering the spread the oddsmakers set. They are the least profitable team in all of Division 1 college hoops.

On the flip side, you'd make a hell of a lot of money if you had the discipline betting against Ohio every game this year. But I believe BVP tip-in at buzzer killed those CMU -7.5 tickets today. Keep your cash fellas...Vegas is able to build those big tall buildings for a reason.

i visit Vegas in 8 days.

i always download the sportsbook app to wager on some MAC games, havent lost yet but ive broke even once.

i couldnt imagine betting against the Cats.. but i must admit i was afraid to take the points next week before reading these stats. now it seems foolish to do so.

Sport lines have been a tricky read this year. Luckily I don't bet on OU simply because of their Jekyll and Hyde potential.....

Sports betting, as is the case with most Casino based betting, is one of those things that is best done with your head and not your heart; of course, all Casino related betting is always in favor of the house, so such undertakings are initially risky at best.

Which is riskier though, betting on the Bobcats to cover the spread this year or betting on the hiring of a coach to improve the overall fate of a program?

Any of our math savvy fellow 'Cats want to come up with what the odds are of our program being better in five years with a new coach vs. staying with Saul? Like it or not, there has to be some pros and cons in terms of both scenarios.

I actually take pleasure in knowing this fact. I care absolutely nothing about sports betting, but if my 'Cats set a record in messing up what bettors do, I kind of like that.

Yes fade this team for the rest of the season for some extra cash.

I’m not math savvy but I still think you may have a better chance at getting the Bobcats to cover the spread than correctly picking the next coach. The Cats cover chance is at 21.7%. From the other coach thread there are something like 10 coach names. Just on math alone you’d have a 10% chance at picking the correct coach. Obviously things like location, salary, age experience aren’t taken into account which would change the potential candidates’ odds. They would definitely change the odds. Now being able to determine if the new coach could improve the program? Again not scientific but seems like there’s more room to go up rather than down!

Wow that is pretty amazing. I've always said teams that fall short of the spread are the teams that have fallen short of expectations. A good depiction of how disappointing things have went this year.

I hit a 6-bet parlay on Saturday. I got the first 5 games right, then had to sweat out CMU -6.5 for a $1,000 payout on a $20 bet. The end of that game didn't look like it was going to go my way. I have made a killing this year betting against OU legally in West Virginia. Having action on these games is the only way I am remotely interested.

Nice! Who else was in that parlay? Ohio needs to get it together and get it legalized here.

Trivia—when was the last time OHIO was +19.5 in a regular season MAC men’s basketball game?

(Hint: I have no clue what the answer is)

Oof. Tomorrow’s gonna be ugly.

I just know they were a 16.5 dog to Purdue this year.

South Carolina -4 (won by 7)
Southern Miss -9 (won by 30)
Iowa St +3 (won by 14)
Kansas -15 (won by 25)
Minnesota -3.5 (won by 21)
CMU -6.5 (won by 7)

The only other team I have made more money on is betting against WVU. They're terrible. Had to wait a little longer last night, but they eventually allowed KSU to easily cover.

BG was a 4 point favorite last game in BG and they won by -19. OU has only been a home dog twice this year against Marshall and the 2nd meeting with ball state. I see the line being set at least BG -5 or 6. I would lay those points easily. I don’t know how but I don’t think the books have figured at OU at this point.
