He has long been rumored to be interviewing for other jobs the last few years and if a Texas job opened up he was going to be all over it.

Originally had heard from down there that if the Thunder didn't make the playoffs they were gonna make a run at Billy Donovan, but then again what do I know.

Thought they may make a run at Wes Miller at UNC-Greensboro (Tech only a few counties north) - though many here think he has a backroom deal to be Roy's successor at UNC. Not hearing him in this conversation makes me think they are correct.
