There is a good chance we would have been in their spot playing DePaul if that didn’t happen. You could think of Ohio as a 1 or 2 point underdog in that game. So it would have been close to 50/50.

It should be noted that Missouri St., who still could be considered a slightly inferior team to Ohio, did beat DePaul when they had the chance in the 1st round.
