As an indication of what we're up against with John Groce in Akron, he just went to Europe and signed a 6'8" sharpshooter from Serbia, despite the fact that he has no scholarships available.

Going by verbalcommits, it would seem Stankovic would be their 14th scholarship. Assuming Carter Reese is on scholarship, we are honoring 14 as well. We can honor up to 15 now.

He's a career 29% three point shooter on 34 career attempts.

The backcourt of Tavari Johnson and Shammah Scott are more of a concern for me than the Serbian kid. I think Lyles will take more of a step forward this year as well.

Cody Head is the lone portal addition of Akron that I think could be problematic if he plays like he did at Lipscomb instead of Arkansas State.

Who cares about scholarships anymore? Groce can just pay him a cool $100,000 USD, and he'll be as happy as a clam.

Watched a number of highlights. This dude is going to be a massive problem for MAC opponents.

His puffy vest does appear to be made out of filo dough like that of a rolled pie, so this makes sense.
