In my mind, the only new piece of info I came away with was the caring more about the process of getting better as a team more than the results early on. With the group he'll have, that makes perfect sense to me.

So the first question....the guy asked Coach Boals is why he "passed on" and "turned down" the Ohio job a few years ago? Wow...not sure how you screw that up right off the bat as you prepare for this interview. To Boals credit, he handled that question like a pro and didn't make the guy look bad.
