We are dancing again after another big win and it’s wonderful. Jeff Boals...you are the man. Also, great to see Roderick bouncing up and down in the locker room. He can’t be too far away from hitting the court.

My first thought when I saw this last night was "Be careful, Ben Roderick!"
That's awesome because that was my first thought too after I thought "WHERE HAS THIS BEEN THE LAST 5 YEARS!!!!!????" I know winning makes everyone happy but even over the summer the guys looked happy going to the movies and when Boals dunked on Springs etc, etc. You can just tell that Boals is the complete package. My only fear is that he turns us around quicker than we thought and gets grabbed by a Power 5!!!

Power 5? Ha! You need to think bigger!! My bet is he does a "Brad Stevens" and builds Ohio a perennial deep-tourney team over a period of years, turns down the P5s until he gets an offer from the NBA!

I'm not taking away from the fun we're having following this group right now, but winning cures a lot of locker room problems. That's well known and has been proven here over the last 8-10 years.

Awesome. He knows players and recruits will like seeing this side of him so he has no problem getting those Dad dance moves all over the internet.

I can't love this enough. A basketball coach understanding the power of social media and letting folks see a glimpse behind the scenes. I know its TMZ, but this publicity is good for the program. This won't be the last Boals locker room shuffle.

I love their reaction. They genuinely seem happy with Boals in charge. I was a little worried his first day when he told the guys "If you can't handle hard work and honesty get out," (Paraphrasing) but now, the ones who remained are playing hard and the new guys are working even harder.

Never have loved more to be wrong than this. The guards have come around marvelously, and they look like a group playing loose and fun. Gonna try to get down for a few games and make the Roundhouse on Richland fun again
