I am writing this post to share my impressions of last night's game-courtside seats. I am a fan [OU Alum]-not a former coach or player. Below is my subjective opinion:

Jason Preston: Good inside moves and ball control;

Ben Vander Plas: Hard worker;

Lunden McDay: Quick movement, basketball smarts and will be a major contributor;

Jordan Dartis: Mobile and good movement [considering his injury], an experienced team leader;

Nate Springs: Athletic, after blocking a shot waved first finger at Bonnie player displaying a very competitive nature;

Mason McMurray: A maturing basketball player, aggressive;

Nolan Foster: Very good potential-may be pleasant surprise in this year's freshman class;

Defense: Tight, good anticipation, toughness-goes hard for the loose rebound;

Offense: Need improvement in rebounding.

Agree on a bunch here but rebounding especially will be a challenge. I loved the movement on offense- usage of backdoor cuts and finding the open man for a shot at the 3.

I liked Ogbonda's energy and enthusiasm...saw him talking to the young guys during the game. What did you think of him live and in person?
