That is no ordinary Ohio State troll. That is an esteemed in his own mind recruiting analyst that has worked for Rivals, Scout and now 247Sports. I have never figured out how a guy like that is making decisions on the number of stars a kid gets but he does. He has an opinion on most things and frequently places himself in position to be pwned.

For me, his insight and analysis is so useless that I've muted him on Twitter, because he'd otherwise show up in half of my feed. He's combative and unprofessional about a lot of things. He'd fit in perfect on the air with the afternoon Columbus sports radio dopes.

If I am not mistaken wasn't Jeff going to be going to Stanford before the knee injury? I don't think I dreamed that. ;)

Thanks for verifying that BTC. I think that that supports the idea that he actually had quite a bit of talent but he never seemed to use the injury as any kind of excuse as he fought through it. Even though he seemed to downplay his contributions to that 90s Bobcats team in conversations in later years, he was a major, major cog In my opinion.

I don't remember the details about him for that Connecticut game that was referenced in the tweets but the tweet directed at him seemed like a cheap shot to me from someone who has no clue about that situation and what Jeff brought to that team.

I do remember this....that early/mid 90s team was a better team with him than without him and if his teams mirror his desire and effort, which they've seemed to do so far, they will be very successful.

That's the personality of Brian Snow - he's combative with most people on Twitter. He seems to think that highly of himself.

More importantly, agree with you on the team adopting his style of desire and effort so far. It's been a fun bunch to watch that needs healthy bodies and time to gel a little bit, and they should be pretty tough to beat in conference.
