This is good for them. Burno was the undersized adult PG at DePaul they got 20 years ago to manage 2-3 other mega recruits that everyone thought were going to be amazing pros (Simmons, Hunter, Richardson). Resume plenty good enough, and if he can get literally anyone from Chicago who can play to come out there and believe Rockford is an International Airport, this is probably a serious upgrade.
