Or one, since that's allow the NCAA will allow. ;)

I think he's got two, if he wants it, since this year doesn't count.

I feel good about Preston coming back. Barring a deep March run, I don’t know if he can improve his stock more to get drafted this year. He’s missed quite a few games and his shot has been off last several games.

Let's face it....this conversation all started because of his play in the Ill game.
His play since has dropped off, at least scoring wise.
Was he reading the headlines?
If he continues to play, at his current rate, his post season awards will be disappointing.

Can't disagree with that. I think the games missed with leg injury and covid have obviously hurt his rhythm and consistency.

JP is a smart dude. He and Boals will get the draft info they need, but I don't see how he is a 2nd round pick this year. Preston's shot between 18-23 feet has a long way to go and he knows that. Improve the outside shot his senior season and he could jump into the NBA First Round in 2022.

Teams have figured out to defend him. Pressure the dribble. His ballhandling is not great.

If Segu is guarding JP, as UB started out yesterday, I would have JP post him up and try to take advantage of his height advantage around the rim.

In my opinion, he's not getting drafted this summer, no matter what he does between now and the end of this season. He'll probably declare, just so he can get the feedback on improving his game. Hopefully he ends up back here next year.
