Buffalo (5-4)


Tier 2
Ohio (7-6)
Central Michigan (6-7)

Tier 3
Miami (4-4)
Eastern Michigan (4-5)
Western Michigan (2-8)
Northern Illinois (2-10)

I would slide Buffalo down as well. Their resume looks an awful lot like ours.
